Shawn and Eric were extemely accommodating and very patient with me while I tried several mattress options available for the NSC Medical NanoSleep Adjustable Bed System on display in their Mississauga showroom. I was very pleased with the comfort of the NSC firm mattress and the bed's many adjustable features. Shawn was fantastic to deal with! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get a bed for my mother in a short time frame. The crew that delivered and set up the bed were polite, professional and efficient. The bed is great. My mom says it’s really comfortable and she is happy with it. Finally the bed looks great. Nsc Medical is wonderful! We purchased the NanoSleep Adjustable Bed System! We purchased the bed with Shawn, who was attentive to our needs and got the job done with great professionalism. I started out with looking at it on the Costco website, but read in a review to contact Nsc to get it delivered quickly with white glove service! I would Highly recommend if you are in need of a high end adjustable bed.  Shawn took the time to understand what our needs were for my mother and provided the best mattress solution for her specific needs. Your results may vary! Not everyone should expect Shawn, one of the managing partners to take your call on the weekend at his kid’s basketball game but he took mine! He answered my questions about the comparison between another mattress I was interested in and an NSC Medical. Following that conversation, I put my order in. Shawn in Customer service was amazing. Although I ordered my mattress and box spring via Amazon I received the mattress but not the box spring due to a glitch in inventory. I called NSC Medical explained my situation and Shawn found a box spring for me and had it delivered as soon as possible. Very helpful and much appreciated. I had the opportunity to experience NSC's excellent client service early in the process. I recently purchased a Pressure Balance Latex System mattress. I had the opportunity to apply a promotional code  entitling me to a additional 10% discount. Unfortunately, I failed to claim my rebate during the check out process. The original price of the mattress was already a great deal. I contacted NSC soon after checking out and explained my mistake, not expecting much. To my surprise, NSC agreed to apply my discount after the fact. I know many businesses that would have pushed back and refused to honour their promotional rebate.
