Overview
Your NSC Medical mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty starting from the day of delivery. To ensure the validity of this warranty, it’s crucial to set up your mattress on an appropriate foundation or bed frame.
Depending on the model of your NSC Medical mattress, if you notice permanent indentations of more than 1 inch (or 2 inches for specific models) with no weight on it, despite normal usage and proper handling, we will replace it according to the terms outlined below.
Our warranty also covers manufacturing defects of the mattress cover. In the event of a warranty claim, we may require you to provide supporting documents, such as pictures, for a seamless process.
Duration and Validity
The 10-year limited warranty for your NSC Medical mattress starts from the day of its delivery. During this period, if you encounter any defects covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace your mattress at no additional cost within the ten years.
Please note that this warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The law tags on the product must not be removed, as they outline the warranties you can benefit from.
Your NSC Medical mattress is not suitable for use on moisture-prone floors such as concrete, basements, or in humid environments. Such usage can lead to mold growth and void your warranty. Our mattresses are designed for firm surfaces, non-spring foundations, or structurally capable adjustable bed bases.
Maintaining an adequate foundation is your responsibility. Using an improper foundation or base can lead to premature wear and damage, which may void this warranty.
The limited warranty for Nsc Medical Mattresses covers:
1. Deterioration leading to permanent indentations of more than 1 inch (not related to an improper foundation).
2. Physical flaws in the craftsmanship of the mattress, causing permanent damage to the memory foam despite proper setup and normal use.
3. Manufacturing defects in the zipper assembly or fabrics of the mattress cover.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal softening of memory foam with regular use.
2. Personal comfort preferences.
3. Body indentations of less than 1 inch.
4. Physical abuse or damage to the structure, cover, or stains.
5. Damage from improper bed frames or foundations.
6. Non-compliance with washing instructions for the cover.
7. Height variations due to bed frames or headboards.
8. Replacement of one piece of a set unless both are defective.
9. Products sold by unauthorized resellers or used products.

The limited warranty for Nsc Medical Hybrid and Organic Mattresses covers:
1. Deterioration leading to permanent indentations of more than 2 inches (not related to an improper foundation).
2. Physical flaws in craftsmanship causing the foam material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal softening of the foam.
2. Personal comfort preferences.
3. Body indentations of less than 2 inches.
4. Physical abuse or damage to the structure, cover, or stains.
5. Damage from improper bed frames or foundations.
6. Height variations due to bed frames or headboards.
7. Fitting of bed sheets.
8. Damage resulting from mattress relocation.
9. Damage from cleaning methods not outlined in the warranty.
10. Replacement of one piece of a set unless both are defective.
11. Products sold by unauthorized resellers or used products.
Mattress Replacement Terms
In case of a warranty claim requiring replacement, the original product must be surrendered to NSC Medical at the time of replacement. The mattress cover may be repaired or replaced, and if the mattress itself is replaced, it will be exchanged with the current mattress model. Any transportation or shipping costs related to returning the original product will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
Please note that no new warranty is provided for replacement products, and the warranty for the replacement product begins from the date of the original purchase.

Our 3-Year Organic Mattress Topper Warranty covers:
1. Deterioration leading to permanent indentations of more than 1 inch (not associated with an improper foundation).
2. Physical flaws in craftsmanship causing permanent damage to the latex, despite proper setup and normal use.
3. Manufacturing defects in the zipper assembly or fabrics of the topper cover.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal softening of latex.
2. Personal comfort preferences.
3. Body indentations of less than 1 inch.
4. Physical abuse or damage to the structure, cover, or stains.
5. Damage from improper bed frames, foundations, or platforms.
6. Non-compliance with washing instructions for the cover.
7. Height variations due to bed frames or headboards.
8. Fitting of bed sheets.

This warranty does not cover:
1. Normal bowing or arching of wooden slats.
2. Damage from improper assembly of the bed frame.
3. Personal comfort or style preferences.
4. Physical abuse or damage, including accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, wear and tear, or stains.
5. Preferences for the bed’s height or mattress fitting.
6. Squeaking noises made by the bed frame.
7. Damage from relocating the bed frame.
8. Replacement of non-defective pieces.
9. Damage from cleaning methods not outlined in the warranty.
10. Products sold by unauthorized resellers or used products.

Pillows
Our 3-Year Pillow Warranty guarantees that your pillow remains free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for three years from the original delivery date to the original purchaser. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the pillow.
This warranty excludes:
1. Comfort preferences.
2. Damages or conditions from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, wear and tear, or non-compliance with care instructions.
3. Use of the pillow without a pillowcase.
Bedding and Other Articles
Our 1-Year Bedding and Other Articles Warranty covers any defects due to faulty workmanship or materials within one year from the original delivery date to the original purchaser.
This warranty excludes:
Comfort preferences
Damages or conditions from misuse, accidents, abuse, neglect, wear and tear, or non-compliance with care instructions.
Claims Process
To make a claim under our warranty, please follow these steps:
1. Provide a brief written description of the issue you believe constitutes a defect.

For measuring mattress indentations, place the mattress on a flat surface and measure the vertical distance from a flat and level string pulled tightly across the product to the lowest point of the indentation using a clearly marked measuring device.
